Description

Cohline's high-specification range of braided hose assemblies is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern automotive systems. The multi-layer construction—available in both synthetic rubber and PTFE-lined configurations—offers excellent chemical resistance, high-pressure tolerance, and thermal stability. These hoses are suitable for a wide range of critical fluid transfer applications, including fuel, coolant, and lubricating oil systems. A full complement of precision-machined fittings is available to ensure optimal integration across vehicle platforms. Extensively validated in our internal test programs and field applications, Cohline hoses have been specified by leading OEMs for long-term, high-reliability use in production and development environments.

Multi-Layer Industrial Hose Construction:

This hose features a durable, high-performance multi-layer design, composed of the following layers (from inner to outer):

Inner Tube: FPM (fluor elastomer) rubber – Provides excellent chemical resistance and high-temperature performance.

Intermediate Layer: ECO (epichlorohydrin) rubber – Offers good oil resistance and heat stability, serving as a bonding and protective layer.

Reinforcement Layer: Braided aramid fibre – Delivers exceptional tensile strength, pressure resistance, and flexibility.

Outer Cover: ECO rubber – Acts as a protective outer jacket, resistant to weathering, ozone, and oils.

Complies with other standards such as BMW GS 93010, DBL 6256.70, GME 08 007, SAE J30R9 and VW TL 524 24!

Suitable for commercially available fuels (including ethanol) and bio-diesel consisting of Rape oil methyl ester (RME-fuels), and E 10 fuel too, from - 40°C to + 125°C
up to + 150°C for short periods
