Description

Cohline's high-specification range of braided hose assemblies is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern automotive systems. The multi-layer construction—available in both synthetic rubber and PTFE-lined configurations—offers excellent chemical resistance, high-pressure tolerance, and thermal stability. These hoses are suitable for a wide range of critical fluid transfer applications, including fuel, coolant, and lubricating oil systems. A full complement of precision-machined fittings is available to ensure optimal integration across vehicle platforms. Extensively validated in our internal test programs and field applications, Cohline hoses have been specified by leading OEMs for long-term, high-reliability use in production and development environments.

Suitable for commercially available fuels (including ethanol) and bio-diesel consisting of Rape oil methyl ester (RME-fuels), and E 10 fuel too, from - 40°C to + 125°C
up to + 150°C for short periods
